Heather Drummond
Heather Drummond with Healing Vitality often says she is 'part of the village' and the village to her includes animals. Growing up she wanted to be a vet. Heather has found great satisfaction in including animals in her practice using Bach Flower Remedies, correcting their reversed polarity and supporting their physical and emotional health which can have a big impact on their behavior. She has an uncanny way of knowing what they are thinking and feeling which helps build better connections with their owners.
Heather "retired" at 36 from the corporate world. She left her 60 hour work weeks and the ‘I’m hungry NOW’ diet after hearing the words "I'm done". She takes time to appreciate life now including good food, time with family, friends, and animals as well as getting out in nature. She has volunteered with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, dog rescues and a therapeutic riding school over the years. More recently, she is grateful to be volunteering at a horse barn and getting mentored in 'everything there is to know about horses'.
Supporting people and animals with tools to reduce their stress and optimize their health is what inspires Heather. She also loves connecting with her podcast guests and sharing them and their insights about intuition with the world. She feels blessed being able to do "this" for a living.
She has training and certifications in Holistic Nutrition, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Orthomolecular Medicine, Various Energy Medicine techniques, Bach Flower Essences and "The School of Life."
